I had a lovely experience at Hotel M Grand. The location is excellent, especially for those visiting the VFS office, and the hospitality from the staff was amazing. While my stay was quite comfortable with good dining options, I think having shower curtains in the bathroom would improve the experience. Overall, it's a great place if you're in Chennai!

The staff offered really good hospitality and the food was both delicious and accommodating to dietary needs.
